Mimix Broadband, Inc. Successfully Completes Re-certification to ISO

October 21, 2009, Houston, Texas - Mimix Broadband, Inc., a leading fabless semiconductor company, announced today that the Company has successfully completed re-certification to ISO 9001:2008, the internationally-recognized quality management system standard administered by the International Organization for Standardization.

Mimix was previously registered by Det Norske Veritas Certification, Inc. (DNV) to ISO 9001:2000. Achievement of this new registration by DNV reinforces the Company\\'s focus on quality as the cornerstone of all business processes.



This certificate recognizes all operations in the Houston (USA), Belfast (Northern Ireland), and North Sydney (Australia) facilities. Mimix Broadband\\'s subsidiary, Mimix Asia, Inc. (Hsinchu, Taiwan), passed its re-certification audit by SGS for ISO 9001:2008 in March of 2009.
